“Sisters of Light in the World of Nature and Colours”
Ann-Marie Alvarsdotter and Ulla Alvarsdotter of Sweden will be coming together to offer a special session through the International Spiritualist Federation, Saturday 29th November, 5:00pm – 6:30pm UK London time, donation £ 20.00.
Your time will start with a guided meditation from Ann-Marie: “I welcome you to a guided meditation to enhance your energy and reconnect with Nature. During the meditation you might also meet an animal, a guide, a loved one or another kind of consciousness that wants to give you a message.”
Then Ulla will offer a short-guided meditation to welcome our artist guides: When we then have the blank white paper in front of us, we begin by setting an intention. What kind of energy should the painting radiate? What is it that we want to convey with our painting? Is it joy, love or maybe courage? We let colors and shapes emerge without demands and performance. During this session you also have the opportunity to measure the aura (the electromagnetic field) that radiates from your painting. In that case you need a pendulum or dowsing rods.
You will need some kind of painting material, such as colored pencils, felt-tip pens, watercolors or acrylics. You can use whatever you have at home. Suitable paper/canvas to paint on, A4 size.
Pendulum or dowsing rods if you wish to measure the aura.
Ann-Marie Alvarsdotter
Ann-Marie Alvarsdotter has always had a special bond with nature. She started her shamanic journey in1999 and now in her own business. Älvarsdotter combines nature with personal and spiritual development and she often uses drumming and meditation in her courses. She also works with hypnosis, past lives and trance in various ways. Since 1999 she has made her own drums and also has workshops where you can build your own drum and other shamanic tools. She says, ”My wish is to guide people to more free and joyful lives and to bring nature and humans together for a bigger understanding and wholeness.”
Ulla Alvarsdotter
Ulla Alvarsdotter is from Sweden and works with personal and spiritual development in different ways. She has her own healing practice called ”Beeyond” where she works with hypnosis, past lives, private sittings with painting, trance healing and cell memory painting. One of her passions is working with colours and spirituality, to communicate more directly with the spirit world and in a different way. To let go of demands and performance and instead let the colors, shapes and symbols show the way.
